Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 30th August, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in C.M.No.48881/2024 in W.P.(C) 11755/2024. The subject petition had been filed by the appellant seeking setting aside of the notice dated 21st August, 2024 issued by the respondent/Medical Counselling Committee regarding eligibility criteria for "Foreign National Seat Quota" of respondent no.3/AIIMS for counselling for the MBBS Course, 2024. 2.
