First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 220/2025 under Section 109(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Janak Puri. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the changed circumstances of the Charge-Sheet already having been filed, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the same before the Court of learned Trial Court.

Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and disposed of accordingly.
