Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for has been filed by the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0100/2016 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC, registered at PS: EOW Cell, Mandir Marg, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of Mediation Settlement dated 19.11.2024 and Memorandum of Understanding cum Agreement (MoU) dated 31.07.2025. 4.

Essentially, the dispute inter se parties relate to sale of property owned by wife of Respondent No.2, but the Complaint was filed by Respondent No.2.

The parties are present in the Court and have been identified by the I.O. The parties submit that they have arrived at the settlement without any force, coercion and undue influence and pressure and they have signed the MoU dated 31.07.2025 with their wish and will. 8.

In view of MoU dated 31.07.2025, present Petition has been filed. 9.

Respondent No.2 is present and submits that he has no grievance against the Petitioners and also no objection to the quashing of FIR. 10.

In view of the fact that the FIR in question was premised upon a dispute related to sale of property between the wife of Respondent No.2 and Petitioners, which has been amicably resolved in terms of MoU dated 31.07.2025. Considering the nature of allegations and amicable settlement between the parties, and Respondent No.2 has also given no objection to the quashing of FIR, no fruitful purpose would be served in continuing with the proceedings arising out of the FIR.

Consequently, FIR No.0100/2016 under Sections 420/467/468/471/ 120B IPC, registered at PS: EOW Cell, Mandir Marg, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 12.
