% 04.01.2017 CM.APPL 44627/2016 By the present application, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh OA to impugn subsequent events which have taken place post the decision of the OA. Mr. Sinha enters appearance for respondent no.1.

We have explained to the petitioner the implication of withdrawing the present writ petition. We have also granted him time to think over the matter. He submits that he has thought over the matter and he wishes to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It would be open for the petitioner to file a fresh OA impugning any fresh cause of action. Legal objections of the respondents are kept open.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
