The present application has been filed by the plaintiff stating inter alia that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the plaintiff and the defendants No.5 & 6 have arrived at an out of court settlement in terms of the Compromise Agreement dated 26.5.2015, copy whereof has been enclosed with the application. 2.

Counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the said settlement, his client does not wish to pursue the suit any further. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
