This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking interim reliefs. 2.
Mr. Avadh Bihari Kaushik, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise objections against the report of the Local Commissioner appointed by this Court before the Arbitrator as and when parties take recourse to arbitration. 3.
Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are left open.
