This is an application seeking clarification of the order dated 13.09.2024.

On 13.09.2024, this Court only recorded that the respondent was not participating in the tender process for Bhopal airport. 3.

All other contentions of the parties vis-a-vis the other airports were neither adjudicated nor referred to, and the rights and contentions of all the parties in that regard are left open. As and when the controversy arises vis-avis other airports, the parties are at liberty to avail their appropriate legal remedies.
