This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR no. 996/2015 under Section 354C/354D IPC, registered at PS Vasant Vihar. 2.

Ms. Apoorva, Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that FIR is of the year 2015 but the charges are yet not framed till date. 3.

After part submissions, she seeks permission to withdraw the petition. However, she makes the request that time bound directions be issued to Ld. Trial Court for finalizing the charges.

The statement made by Ld. Counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the Ld. Trial Court to make best possible endeavor to hear the arguments and dispose of the question of framing of charge by the next date listed before the Ld. Trial Court. 5.

The counsel for the accused is also requested to cooperate with the Ld. Trial Court in this regard.
