O R D E R

The present petition filed under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 2.

This Court in ARB.P.246/2018 vide order dated 18.05.2018 directed the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) to appoint an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between parties. Pursuant thereto, the learned Sole Arbitrator on 24.05.2019 entered into reference. 3.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitration proceedings are at an advanced stage and final arguments have already been addressed before the learned Arbitrator.

They jointly request that an appropriate extension of time be granted for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award 5.

Accordingly, as jointly prayed, the time period for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award is extended till 31.03.2025.
