Issue notice. Mr. Digpaul accepts notice on behalf of nonapplicants/respondents. 2.

The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows: "Allow the present application and change the name of the company from „Laurel Hotels Pvt. Ltd.‟ to „Laurel Hostels Private Limited‟ in order dated 23.02.2018 passed by this Hon‟ble Court."

Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners in support of what is stated in the prayer relies upon the master data which is appended as Annexure P-1 to the writ petition. 4.

For the reasons given in the application, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 23.2.2018 shall stand modified to the extent that the name „Laurel Hostels Private Limited‟ will stand substituted in place of „Laurel Hotels Pvt. Ltd‟ in paragraph 4, 5 and 7 of the said order.

Furthermore, the appearance of the counsel for the petitioners will be shown as "Mr. Benipal" instead of "Mr. Beniyal".
