This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS filed on behalf of the petitioner for the grant of second (2nd ) spell of furlough for a period of 2 weeks in case FIR no. 139/2024, under Sections 302/186/201/392/120B/34 IPC, registered at PS Mangolpuri and FIR no. 119/2004, under Sections 25/54/59 Arms Act, registered at PS Shalimar Bagh .

Mr. Siddharth Yadav, Ld. Counsel submits that since after the filing of the petition, petitioner has been granted 2 weeks furlough by the respondent, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
The statement made by the Ld. Counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
