Learned counsel for the plaintiffs on instructions contends that in view of the interim order the relief sought has been achieved and no cause of action survives for pursuing this petition and seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law, in case need so arises.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All pending applications are also disposed of.
