Petitioner has been produced in custody.

He states that earlier his brother stood surety for him however, now he is not coming to meet him for the last one year and thus he has no one to stand surety for him.

Considering the facts verified and the fact that the petitioner was awarded death sentence by the learned Additional Sessions Judge which in appeal was not confirmed and modified to life imprisonment, subject to the condition that remissions shall be considered after 25 years of incarceration and this Court already having turned down the writ petition of the petitioner seeking availing of furlough by furnishing cash surety vide order dated 9th August, 2017 the only modification which can be granted to the petitioner in W.P.(CRL) 759/2018

the order dated 22nd May, 2017 granting first spell of furlough is that instead of two sureties the petitioner would furnish one surety bond for a sum of ₹10,000/- besides personal bond, other conditions remaining the same for the reason the petitioner was earlier released on parole in the year 2016 on his furnishing a personal bond and the surety bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- each.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
