The short grievance of the Petitioner is the inability to secure an appointment for his physiotherapy treatment. Through the previous order, the counsel for Respondent was directed to take instructions, however, he has not been able to do so.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent's counsel to intimate to the Petitioner the date, time and the Doctor/ Department that the Petitioner must report to for his physiotherapy treatment, within three days from today.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed along with pending application(s), if any.
