O R D E R

% 17.03.2015 The present petition shall be treated as a representation, particularly, with regard to the increase in the requirement in the average annual financial turnover for construction works where the limit has been increased from 30% to 100% of the estimated cost. The competent authority in DDA shall take a decision on the same and record it in writing with reasons. The said decision be taken within 10 days. Till that decision is taken, the tenders which are to be opened between today and the period of 10 days shall be postponed for dates after the expiry of two weeks from today. The decision be communicated to the petitioner immediately upon the same being taken.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. The parties are at liberty to approach this court in case of a difficulty. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
