By way of present joint application, the petitioners and the respondent seek condonation of 9 days' delay in re-filing the present petition.

and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been jointly filed on behalf of the parties seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by six months. 7.
It is submitted that the matter is at the stage of evidence and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expired on 30.08.2023. 8.
Therefore, the prayer is made that the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by six months may be granted for concluding the arbitration proceedings and passing the arbitral award. 9.

Since, five months are already over since September, 2023, on the request of the counsels for the parties, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is hereby extended by nine months from the date it expired. 11.
