In view of the aforesaid, let the petitioner be granted admission forthwith. The submissions on behalf of the respondent-School are accepted to the extent that the same shall not be treated as a precedent. 3.

The petitioner shall be entitled to avail all the necessary benefits under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
