The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for directions to the respondent to comply with the order of this Court dated 21st November, 2025 and for allotment of TSR/Auto permit to the petitioner. 2.

As per the present application, the only ground for rejection of the prayer of the petitioner is that the permit of TSR bearing No. DL1RD3645, as purchased by the petitioner, cannot be transferred in the name of the petitioner due to technical reasons.
