The short grievance of Petitioner is that the amount deposited by them with Delhi International Arbitration Centre1, in compliance of orders of Sole Arbitrator dated 20th February, 2023 is not being refunded to them along with interest as per the final award dated 17th May, 2024. 2.

At this juncture, Dr. Amit George, counsel for Respondents, states that he has instructions to inform the Court that they shall consider the present writ petition as a representation on behalf of Petitioner and shall pass an appropriate order/ direction on the same, in accordance with law. 3.

In light of the above statement made by counsel for Respondents, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the DIAC to consider 1 "DIAC"
