Present application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner states that the present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to demolish the unauthorized building situated at Ward No. 185 previously (Ward No. 103) in the area of Kunchan Kunj, Madanpur Khadar, New Delhi - 110076. 3.

He states that the relief sought has been satisfied and, therefore, the present petition need not be pressed.

He also assures and undertakes to this Court that he shall file his vakalatnama during the course of this week.
