% 13.09.2024 CRL.M.A. 27831/2024 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 2854/2024 1.

The present petition has been filed seeking following prayers; (i). To issue appropriate writ, direction to the respondents under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, considering the law of equity with good conscience and interest of justice.

(ii). To direct the respondent to submit status report and the FIR No.49/2024, under Section 379/356/34 of lndian Penal Code, 1860, Police Station Roop Nagar Delhi.

(iii). Learned standing counsel for the State submits that thorough investigation is being carried out. However, on instructions, learned standing counsel undertakes that a detailed expedient and thorough investigation shall be conducted in accordance with the law and the report shall be filed before the learned MM in accordance with the law.
