By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus against the Respondent No. 2 to provide the protection to the Petitioner and a Summon, try and punish the accused persons for the offences committed as per appropriate Sections IPC as well as other appropriate Sections under the Provisions of any other law for the time being in force against the accused persons; ii.
