It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the matter has been voluntarily and amicably settled between them. The settlement arrived at between the parties is dated 21.02.2024. It is submitted that the parties are willing to get a consent decree passed on the basis of the said settlement for which they will be approaching the learned Trial Court before the next date of hearing by seeking an early hearing application. 2.

In these circumstances, the appellant wants to withdraw the present appeal.
