ORDER
% 21.02.2018 Complainant has alleged in the FIR that petitioners are related to complainant. Petitioner Tejpal is brother-in-law; whereas Ritu and Anita are sisters-in-law.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a quarrel took place between them on some trivial issues. It is submitted that a cross FIR has already been registered. Complainant had sustained simple injury. As per the FIR itself, petitioners were not armed with any weapon. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ^10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Petitioners shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and appear before V the Investigating Officer as and when they are called upon to do so.
