The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Complaint Case No. 1090/2017 within a period of six months.

This Court does not consider it apposite to pass any directions in the nature of controlling the board of the learned Trial Court.

It is, however, expected that since the present complaint was filed in the year 2017, all endeavours will be made to dispose of the present complaint expeditiously. 4.

No further orders are required to be passed at this stage. 5.
