% 24.04.2017 CM APPL. 15273/2017 The cheque bearing No. 391233 dated 20.02.2017 of Rs.2.75 lakhs which was submitted by the National Insurance Company towards satisfaction of the settlement, has been dishonoured. This cheque has been handed over to the learned counsel for the Insurance Company, in the Court today. Let an affidavit be filed, in this regard, by the drawer of the cheque and a fresh Banker's Cheque/ Pay Order be filed within a week from today. If it is found that the cheque amount was not credited due to a fault of the Insurance Company, appropriate costs shall be imposed. The Banker's Cheque/ Pay Order shall be issued in the name of Radhe Sahni since, it is in
this name that the account of appellant No. 1 is being maintained and the learned counsel for the appellant states that all previous payments have been received in the name Radhe Sahni under specific orders of the Tribunal concerned.
