The present Applications have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking time for vacation of the tenanted premises. 2.

It is noted that the predecessor Bench of this Court had dismissed the present Petitions filed by the Petitioners on 31.07.2024. This said order was challenged by the Petitioners before the Supreme Court and after unsuccessfully challenging the same, the Petitioners are now present before this Court seeking additional time to vacate the subject premises.
