Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that an Arbitrator has been appointed by this Court in a petition being OMP(I)(COMM) 292/2024 under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act. 2.

In view of the fact that an Arbitrator has already been appointed by this Court to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties, the present petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation has become infructuous.
