The petitioner is appellant before learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and the prayer in the present petition is that learned Tribunal be requested to hear its appeal i.e. Miscellaneous Appeal No. 67/2023 titled as Indian Overseas Bank vs. M/s Mangal Impex & Ors. in a time-bound manner. 2.
This Court is conscious of the work-load before the learned Tribunal and, therefore, it will not be appropriate to give any direction to dispose of the aforesaid appeal in a time-bound manner.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
