The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of this Petition, the learned Registrar of Trade Marks has allowed the Rectification Petition filed by the Petitioner for the Trade Mark in question. 2.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that in view of the same, the present Petition has become infructuous and Respondent No.1 is taking appropriate steps against the order passed by the learned Registrar of Trade Marks in the Rectification Application.

Accordingly, the present Petition is disposed of. Pending Application also stands disposed of.
