A Criminal Misc. (Main) Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.318/2022 under Section 363/376 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Narela, on the ground that the Prosecutrix and the Petitioner are residing together and also have a child from their relationship. 4.

that there is any legally performed marriage. 5.

Even though the petitioner and respondent No.2/Prosecutrix are willing to get married, but because of their tender age, the law does not permit them to get married.

Considering the tender age of the parties, no ground is made out for quashing of FIR.
