Present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for direction to the concerned authority to release him on parole for three months in case FIR No.112/1997 registered under Sections 307/324 IPC at PS Okhla Industrial Area.

Only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation to seek parole has not been disposed of. Learned ASC, on instructions, informs that the writ petition for seeking parole shall be disposed of on merits within two weeks.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the directions that the representation of the petitioner to seek parole shall be disposed of on merits within two weeks.
