Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 00164/2019 under Sections 420/406/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Ambedkar Nagar and proceedings emanating therefrom.
