Ms.Shobhana Takiar, Advocate, who appears for the respondent No.6, states that she has not received a copy of the captioned application. A copy of the application has been furnished to her today in the Court. LPA 58/2005

Reply to the application, if any, may be filed by the respondent No.6, within two weeks, with a copy to the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents No.1 to 4.
