After part submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge for transfer of all the eight complaint cases under Section 138 NI Act before the same Court.

The statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 4.
