Cause shown is sufficient.

Delay in filing the affidavit in compliance of the order dated 24.03.2025 is condoned.

The application, accordingly, stands allowed. LPA 933/2024 & CM APPL. 54175/2024 4.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In compliance of order dated 24.03.2025, an affidavit has been filed by the appellant stating therein clearly that he is ready and willing to accept the allotment of LIG Flat No.12, Floor -2nd, Block-E9, Pocket-3, Sector-G8, Narela, Delhi-110040 or any other flat of LIG category. Paragraph 3 of the said affidavit is extracted hereunder:- "3.That I do hereby solemnly depose that I am ready and willing to accept the LIG FLAT No. 12, FLOOR- 2nd, BLOCK-E9, POCKET- 3, Sector-G8, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 20/05/2025 at 14:55:14

NARELA, DELHI-110040 or any other Flat of LIG category in same or in any other locality, if it is so offered by the DDA on same terms and conditions"

Learned counsel representing the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on instructions has stated that on showing the willingness to accept the aforesaid flat, DDA will allot and give possession thereof to the appellant subject to fulfilment of certain requirements including submissions of certain documents which have been communicated to the appellant vide letter dated 23.12.2020. Learned counsel representing the DDA on oral instructions received from Deputy Director (Group Housing) stated that the appellant shall not be subjected to any penalty. Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that he will fulfil the requirements in respect of the allotment and possession of the aforementioned flat.

In view of the aforesaid, this appeal stands disposed of in terms of the statement made both on behalf of the appellant as also on behalf of the DDA.
