Present application has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 151 CPC seeking extension of time for filing the Exit Permit on the ground of medical condition of the appellant. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant states that the appellant is unable to apply for an Exit Permit as the appellant had suffered a heart attack and undergone stent surgery on 27th February, 2024, by which appellant got three coronary stents and is currently under medication and is not fit to fly to his home country, i.e., Australia. 3.

He states that the appellant was diagnosed for critical double vessel disease and other ailments as well. to his home country, i.e., Australia, it would endanger his life. 4.

He states that in view of the abovementioned condition of the appellant, the appellant had moved a similar application being C.M.No.64024/2024, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 29th October, 2024.

He states that accordingly the appellant got himself examined from a cardiologist on 30th October, 2024 to see whether he is fit to fly to his home country, i.e., Australia.

He states that the cardiologist has opined that the appellant, based on his latest blood reports and regular examination, should take rest for a month along with dietary restrictions and currently he is not fit to fly and has been further asked to visit the cardiologist after fourteen days for a review. 6.

Keeping in view the averments in the application as well as the medical certificate filed along with the application, the time for filing the Exit Permit is extended by four weeks from today. 7.
