Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14th October, 2025, the respondent has paid the amount towards the settlement of the case to the petitioner.

It is agreed between the parties that a further sum of Rs. 1.73 lakhs is payable by the respondent to the petitioner.

Counsel for the respondent assures the Court that this amount shall be paid within two (2) days from today.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 5.

It is further directed that the respondent shall also furnish the requisite TDS certificates to the petitioner.
