Learned counsel for the parties submits that the inter se disputes between the parties have been resolved under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The terms of settlement have been arrived at and recorded in writing vide the settlement agreement dated 11.02.2026.

The settlement agreement has been placed on record by the Mediation Centre.

The terms of settlement are enumerated in para A to W. The compliances required under the terms of the settlement are stated to be completed. 5.

The settlement agreement dated 11.02.2026 is taken on record along with all its annexures.

There is no impediment in case this suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement arrived at and recorded in settlement agreement dated 11.02.2026.

Settlement Agreement and also para 84(i) to 84(vi) and 84(ix) of the plaint. 8.

The suit is decreed and disposed of along with all its pending applications.

It is also made clear that the affidavits tenderd by Mr. Gautam Kumar/Defendant no.1 and Mr. Mukul Aggarwal/Defendant no.2 shall be treated as a part of the present order. A copy of the affidavit executed by Mr. Mukul Aggarwal, has been handed over by learned counsel. The same is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for Mukul Aggarwal, Defendant No. 2 is requested to ensure that the said affidavit is on record within one week from date. 11.

As requested, the plaintiff be refunded the Court fee in terms Section 16 of The Court Fee Act, 1870 upon completion for all formalities as per rules. 12.
