After some hearing, Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to take steps for the constitution of an Arbitral Tribunal. This is also without prejudice to the petitioner's rights to seek interim measures of protection before the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"] or approaching this Court under Section 9 of the Act, in the event of any changed circumstances. 2.
The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment upon the merits of any application that may be filed by the petitioner.
