Despite the order dated 24.02.2025, the Petitioner is not present before the Court today. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is travelling and requests for an adjournment. 2.

The request for adjournment is opposed by the learned Counsel for the Respondents. He submits that the possession of the subject premises has been taken by the Respondents through execution proceedings on 17.02.2025. This aspect was also recorded by the Court in the order dated 24.02.2025 in the presence of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

As stated above, the Petitioner has chosen not to appear before this Court, either physically or virtually, despite directions of the Court. 4.

In view of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Ashok Gupta v. Deepak Rao; 2024 SCC OnLine Del 7148 which has been relied upon the judgments of the Supreme Court in NC Daga v. Inder Mohan Singh Rana; (2003) 1 SCC 453 and Vinod Kumar Verma v. Manmohan Verma; Civil Appeal Nos. 5220-5221 of 2008 dated 19.08.2008, this Court does not deem it apposite to continue with the present Petition.
