% 16.12.2025 Mr. R.K. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the appellants informs the court, that the parties have settled their inter-se disputes through mediation, as recorded in Settlement dated 17.10.2025 arrived at before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. A copy of the settlement has been handed-up in court. The same is taken on record. In view thereof, Mr. Sharma seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal.

The present appeal is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. As requested, in compliance of the provisions of section 16 of Court Fees Act 1860, let the entire court fee affixed on the appeal be refunded to the appellants.

The Registry is directed to draw-up the requisite certificate in favour of the appellants within 02 weeks.
