The provisional admission has already been granted to the petitioners. 2.

The only grievance, at this stage, raised by Mr. Yogesh Kumar, appearing for the respondent-school is that the allocation of seats is exceeding the permissible limit under EWS category. 3.

If that be so, let the respondent-school to raise the grievance before the Directorate of Education ['DoE'].

The DoE, in turn, shall deal with the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that on the basis of inter se dispute between the DoE and the respondent-school, the petitioners should The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
