Since learned counsel for respondent has appeared on advance notice, with the consent of both the sides, the main writ petition has been taken up for consideration.

According to petitioner, she had given a representation to DDA on 04.04.2024 and her such representation seeking mutation/transfer of plot in question has yet not been decided by the respondent/Authority. 3.

After hearing both the sides and with the consent of learned counsel for both the sides and without prejudice to rights and contentions of either of the sides, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent to consider the representation after hearing the petitioner and then to dispose of the above said W.P.(C) 12945/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. representation dated 04.04.2024 in accordance with law. Since the matter has already delayed considerably, DDA shall dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from today. 4.

Needless to emphasize, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the above said representation, she would be at liberty to take recourse to action as permissible under law. 5.

The next date i.e. 09.04.2025 fixed before this Court is cancelled.
