Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners confines his submissions to the extent of seeking the same directions which are passed in order dated 21.12.2023 in W.P. (C) 16610/2023. 2.

The Court has considered the aforesaid submissions and has also perused the order passed by this Court in W.P. (C) 2813/2021, dated 24.08.2022 and order dated 31.08.2022 passed in the same writ petition in CM APPL 37833/2022.

appropriate to reiterate the same directions in the instant cases as well. 4.

Let the respondent to comply with the directions passed in W.P. (C) 16610/2021 in the order dated 21.12.2023 mutatis mutandis to the facts of these writ petitions.
