Petitioner - Dipak Bhattacharya has filed two different petitions. 2.

According to him, he has received two e-mails from Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre (CRPC) regarding receipt of complaint stated to have been filed by him.

In W.P.(C) 12952/2024, the acknowledgment is with respect to the complaint dated 30.07.2024 14:12:36 against State Bank of India W.P.(C) 12952/2024 & W.P.(C) 13128/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and in W.P.(C) 13128/2024, the complaint is dated 30.07.2024 14:54:43 against Bank of Baroda.

According to the petitioner, he had never raised any such complaint.

In the present petitions, he merely seeks the copies of the complaints which are alleged to have been made by him qua which the acknowledgments have been sent to him through electronic mode. 6.

Learned counsel for the respondents appears on advance notice and accepts notice and submits that he has no reservation in supplying the copies of the complaints to learned counsel for the petitioner on his e-mail which has now been shared with learned counsel for the respondent/RBI.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he would share the requisite details within five days from today. 8.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is left with no grievance in the present matter and does not press his petitions. He submits that on receipt of the copies of the complaints, he would explore as to what other permissible action, if any, is available to the petitioner under the law.

The petitions stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
