Ms. Priyanka Dalal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that the examination of one victim has already been completed, and the examination of the other victim is scheduled to take place on 05.02.2026. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. R.P.S. Bhatti, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to approach the Sessions Court after examination of the said victim.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on merits, and it is for the concerned Court to decide the application in accordance with law, if and when it is made.
