It is brought to our notice by Mr. Nawal Kishore Jha, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 that the respective counter affidavits have already been filed in the main writ petition.
Having regard to the fact that the order impugned in the main writ petition relates to transfer of the appellant and the pleadings are complete,
we are of the view that the writ petition needs to be disposed of expeditiously.
Hence, the writ petition be listed before the learned Single Judge on 10.04.2017, for directions.
The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
