O R D E R

% 17.09.2024 Bearing in mind the undisputed fact that the final order of assessment had come to be passed as far back as on 22 September 2023 and that all rights and contentions of the assessee shall be kept open to be addressed in any statutory remedy which is adopted, we find no justification to entertain the writ petition. It shall consequently stands dismissed on the aforesaid score subject to liberty reserved as aforesaid.
