He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach this Court once again in case disputes arise between the parties under the Settlement Agreement. 2.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 3.

The Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
